Barraj Legal is the office of Rhys Johns, a highly regarded practitioner who advises on high value and complex litigation in the areas of Chancery (including Insolvency Contentious Probate and Property in all its forms), Commercial, Property and Employment/Regulatory Law. He is also experienced in negligence claims against professionals, including clinicians. In particular, he is familiar with all aspects of Welsh property law deviations.

Rhys graduated with a degree in History from Cambridge before undertaking a graduate law degree in South Wales and was called to the Bar in 2005. He is currently carrying out work leading to a PhD in Philosophy.

He advises companies in respect of internal and external disputes between owners, partners and employees, before and after disputes arise. He believes that early pro-active and considered advice is the key to containing disputes, and he is from time to time retained by companies as an adviser. 

Through Barraj Legal, Rhys provides legal services directly to the public including drafting of wills and LPAs as well as providing advice on estate planning, employment issues, and disputes of all kinds.

Rhys is a Member of the Chancery Bar Association & Employment Law Bar Association.
